Registration & Orientation

Your official first steps as a student at NMTC.

Pre-Registration Checklist

Required Documents:

  • • Original Admission Letter and two photocopies
  • • Academic Certificates (WASSCE/SSSCE) and two photocopies
  • • Birth Certificate and two photocopies
  • • Passport-sized photographs (6 copies)
  • • Proof of Fee Payment (receipts)
On-Site Registration Process
  • Step 1: Report to the main administration block for physical verification of your admission letter and original documents.
  • Step 2: Proceed to the IT Directorate for biometric data capture and to receive your official student ID card.
  • Step 3: Visit the Academic Affairs office to officially register for your first-semester courses.
  • Step 4: Finally, report to the Dean of Students' office for your official hostel allocation and room key.
Orientation Schedule
  • Day 1: Welcome address by the Principal and introduction to the college's core values.
  • Day 2: Campus tour, including the simulation labs, library, and recreational facilities.
  • Day 3: Seminar on academic expectations, grading systems, and clinical practice rules.
  • Day 4: Interactive session with the Student Representative Council (SRC) and club sign-ups.
  • Day 5: Medical screening and the official Freshers' Akwaaba (Welcome) Durbar.
